π PNW Battery Collaborative: Second-Life Battery Market & EV Residual Values

Join the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Battery Collaborative for its first event beyond the PNW and with co-hosts CALSTART and The New York Climate Exchange for a virtual event that will delve deep into the rapidly emerging second-life electric vehicle (EV) battery market. βMoment Energy: a Vancouver-based battery reuse company founded in 2020 which recently secured $15M Series A funding to build the worldβs first second-life battery Gigafactory in the U.S. (press release).
βZenobe Energy: a London-based company founded in 2017 that has raised $2.6B in debt and equity funding, has 735MW of grid-connected batteries live or under contract, is the #1 owner and operator of e-buses in Australia and New Zealand.

Are you a founder in the mobility or climate space who's looking to learn more about non-dilutive sources of capital like grants and debt to build your business? Or, an investor looking to support a portfolio company on this topic?

Come learn all about seed starting with 21 Acres Farm Manager Ansley Roberts, who will share the ins and outs of seed selection, how to set yourself up for seed starting success, and how our seeding and planting practices at 21 Acres fit into our wider agroecological practices. You'll also get to apply your new knowledge with some hands-on experience in our greenhouse by planting a seed to take home.
