Virtual Climate Opportunities
π The SOSV Climate Tech Summit (October 14-18) is a free, virtual and global event that features the top technologists, researchers, founders, investors, and policy makers working on the frontiers of climate innovation. Registration is open and free.

Are you confused about what items are accepted in curbside recycling bins? Hope Springer, Thurston Countyβs Recycling & Waste Reduction Specialist, will answer your questions. Bring a bag of commonly confusing waste items you would like to know the recycling status of and Hope will be there to provide the answers.Β Hope is from Tacoma, and recently moved back to Washington after earning her master's degree in Environmental Sciences & Management at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo where she also worked as a Life Cycle Analysis Researcher and Sustainability Outreach Coordinator.

βCome join the PNW DER community for our September meetup! We will be launching our focus groups, discussing updates, and potentially having a community presentation or discussing future event planning. PNW DER is a collaborative community to support distributed energy resources in the Pacific Northwest.
