When: Thu, Sept 4th, 12:30pm - 2:00pm
Where: Online
This session is part of the Customer Traction Lab—a 3-part series for teams building climate-positive solutions and ready to drive serious growth.

Each session includes a mix of learning, hands-on time to apply the concepts to your own work, peer conversations to share insights and feedback, and space for Q&A. You'll leave with real progress—not just theory.
In this first session, you’ll learn how to identify the moments that matter most—the points in your customer journey where customer are getting stuck or dropping off.
Using behavior design, we’ll help you:
✅ Spot hidden friction in your customer experience
✅ Prioritize what’s worth fixing now vs. later
